Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy All orders placed by 6pm PST will ship the next business day unless that item is out of stock, in which case you will be contacted with the options available. We ship all of our products by UPS, USPS, DHL or truck freight, depending on the size and desire of the customer. We have warehouses in Orange County, California and München, Germany, reducing lead-times for hard to get items. If there is a problem with your address or billing information, we will contact you prior to shipping your order. Return Policy We will gladly accept returns for merchandise that is defective upon receipt. Please notify us immediately by email at Shop@EuroHitch.es so that we can give you instructions for return and process your order for replacement or refund. Cancellations Special Order items may not be canceled. If, under our sole discretion, a special order item is accepted for cancellation, the item is subject to restocking fees of 10% to 25% All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
