If you are wanting to add the factory hitch to your B5 or B5.5 FWD Passat Sedan, this package will provide the parts that you'll need.
The towing capacity is 4,400 lbs (wagon) and 3,900 lbs (sedan). The tongue weight is 180 lbs for both.
Notes:
- Kit includes hitch crossbar and removable hitch ball.
- Hitch ball diameter is 50mm, which corresponds to the NA 2" standard.
