Shipping Policy
All orders placed by 6pm PST will ship the next business day unless that item is out of stock, in which case you will be contacted with the options available. We ship all of our products by UPS, USPS, DHL or truck freight, depending on the size and desire of the customer.
We have warehouses in Orange County, California and München, Germany, reducing lead-times for hard to get items.
If there is a problem with your address or billing information, we will contact you prior to shipping your order.
Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns for merchandise that is defective upon receipt. Please notify us immediately by email at Shop@EuroHitches.com so that we can give you instructions for return and process your order for replacement or refund. Please include your name, order number, product name, and the specific problem you have encountered.
Please Note:
- We do not accept returns for any reason except for products that are defective upon receipt, and under no circumstances will items be accepted for return, refund, or exchange beyond 14 days from the original shipping date. If, under our sole discretion, an item is accepted for return for reasons other than defect, the item is subject to restocking fees of 10% to 25%.
- When you have received return information from us, you must return the product to us within 7 days. Please include all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product and make sure it is packaged to avoid damage.
- Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of 10% to 25%.
- In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused for return.
- Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
- Electrical products are NOT returnable.
Cancellations
Special Order items may not be canceled. If, under our sole discretion, a special order item is accepted for cancellation, the item is subject to restocking fees of 10% to 25% All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Sending an email to Shop@EuroHitches.com is usually sufficient, assuming it is received in time.
